Osborne Transformer Corp.
Osborne high impedance transformers are used to step-up, step-down and isolate voltages in single phase and three phase circuits. A properly designed high impedance transformer can be used an an equivalent to an isolation transformer connected in series with an inductor. The high impedance characteristic may be employed as a current limiting feature in both the primary and secondary circuity.

TWR-H Series -
IBEKO Power AB
Handheld TWR-H device is DV Power single-phase instrument designed for measuring transformer winding resistance and turns ratio. The instrument has two output DC sources for measuring transformer winding resistance. The first DC source can output up to 2 A DC and is used for injecting current to the transformer’s high voltage winding. The second DC source can output up to 10 A DC and is used for testing the transformer’s low voltage winding. This is especially useful when measuring winding resistance of distribution transformers. These transformers have large turns ratio and therefore a big difference between resistances of high voltage and low voltage windings. Upon the winding resistance test, it is also possible to demagnetize the transformer core. The demagnetization process is completely automatic and safe.Together with the turns ratio, the instrument also measures excitation current and phase shift. This enables detecting transformer core or winding turns failures which cannot be spotted by measuring turns ratio only. The instrument can output test voltage up to 40 V AC for this test, but it can also output a very low test voltage of 1 V AC which is necessary for turns ratio verification of the majority of current transformers.TWR-H is powered by an internal Li-Ion battery. Up to 100 tests can be performed with a fully charged battery.

Neutronics Manufacturing Co.
NMC''s Transformer BDV Oil Test Set is a portable unit as per relevant Indian Standard Specification IS :6792 :1992, suitable for operation on 230 / 240 Volts, A.C. 50 Hz. A three core flexible cable is connected to the unit with three pin socket to connect the mains. The H.V. Transformer is a completely dry, resin encapsulated with two H.V. terminals with mounting saddles. The center point of the transformer is earthed, so that the voltage of each terminal to earth is only half the test voltage.

Kvtester Electronics Technology Co.,Ltd
High precision instrument for measuring characteristic parameters of transformer capacity, no-load and load. The instrument is a multi-function measuring instrument, which is equivalent to the usual two kinds of test instruments: the transformer capacity tester + transformer characteristic parameter tester. The utility model can precisely measure a series of power frequency parameters of a plurality of transformers, such as the capacity, the type, the no-load current, the no-load loss, the short circuit (load) loss and the impedance voltage.

Osborne Transformer Corp.
Osborne Auxiliary Potential Transformers (Aux PT’s) are used in utility and commercial industrial power systems. Osborne works with our clients to identify the safety advantages of using auxiliary potential transformers (Aux PT’s) to establish protection schemes for high voltage equipment. Aux PT’s step the voltage down to safer levels, normally below 600 V AC.

AYA-Instruments
These transformers are encased in a thermoplastic case with the core and windings encapsulated in resin. They are designed for line-to-line operation but may also be used in line-to-neutral or line-to-ground configuration at 58% of rated voltage. It is recommended that a 1.6 Amp fuse be used in the secondary to protect the transformer.
